Your precious jewellery is our responsibility until the moment you accept delivery:

• Every parcel is covered by comprehensive transit insurance at no extra cost to you.
• We partner only with premium secured logistics couriers specialising in precious cargo (Blue Dart Apex, Sequel Logistics, and BVC Logistics).
• In the extremely rare event of loss or in-transit damage, Sunehriè guarantees a 100% refund or an expedited replacement without delay.

We provide complimentary, insured shipping across all 19,000+ serviceable pincodes in India with no minimum cart value requirement.

*Made-to-order and customised engraved jewellery pieces require an additional 5–7 business days for hallmarking, certification, and crafting prior to dispatch.

Security and privacy are paramount for every fine jewellery delivery:

• Discreet Outer Box: The outer parcel carries no jewellery branding, descriptions, or hints of the high-value contents inside.
• Tamper-Evident Security Seal: Sealed with unique sequential numbered security tape. If the tape shows “VOID” or signs of peeling, do not accept the shipment.
• Luxury Jewellery Box Inside: Inside the outer box is our signature Sunehriè velvet jewellery case, BIS hallmark HUID documentation, and IGI diamond certificate envelope.

For your security, high-value precious jewellery orders require a one-time password (OTP) verification at handover:

• An OTP is sent to your registered mobile number on the morning of delivery.
• Please share this OTP with the delivery executive only after verifying that the outer security seal is intact.
• A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, or Driving License) may be requested by the delivery executive.
• We recommend recording a short unboxing video as best practice for your own records.
